Hausordnung

  1. Dear Guests,
Our room/holiday apartment should be your home away from home. We want you to feel comfortable and relaxed. We have put a lot of effort into the furnishings and hope you find everything you need. The following house rules are intended to help ensure a harmonious stay. Additionally, we have listed some rules that we hope you will understand and follow. By treating the apartment with care, you help us continue to offer satisfactory accommodations to you and future guests.

  2. General
If you find anything missing in the furnishings or need assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us. All items in the room/holiday apartment or on the balcony/terrace are for your use. Please handle the furnishings and inventory with care and treat the rental property respectfully. Ensure that your fellow travelers also adhere to the rental conditions.

  3. Kitchen
Please handle the kitchen equipment and appliances with care. Since a dirty kitchen is unpleasant for everyone, please ensure that dishes, pots, and utensils are clean and dry before putting them away. Do not place hot pots or other hot items directly on tables or countertops without a coaster. Always use a cutting board for chopping. Please leave the interiors of the oven and microwave clean.

  4. Bathroom
Do not dispose of waste, food scraps, harmful liquids, or similar items in the toilets, sinks, or shower! Avoid anything that could clog the pipes (no hygiene products in the toilet).

  5. Damages
Accidents happen, and we understand that items may get damaged unintentionally. Please report any damage so we can address it promptly rather than discovering it after your departure during the final cleaning. The tenant is responsible for damages up to the cost of replacement. In most cases, your liability insurance will cover this.

  6. Duty of Care
When leaving the apartment, please ensure that the skylights/windows are closed to prevent damage from storms and rain. Also, make sure all lights are turned off – the environment and we appreciate it! Please use water and electricity responsibly. The landlord is not liable for the guest's valuables.

  7. Waste Disposal
Due to waste regulations, please use the provided facilities for proper waste separation. There are containers for paper, metal, glass, plastic bottles, and residual waste located at the back of the house/garage/basement. Please remove all waste from the apartment. Thank you for your contribution to our environment.

Do not dispose of waste, food scraps, harmful liquids, or similar items in the kitchen sink, toilets, sinks, or shower! Avoid anything that could clog the pipes (no hygiene products in the toilet).

  8. Cleaning
Please leave the room/holiday apartment clean upon departure and put away all used dishes.

  9. Quiet Hours
In the interest of good neighborliness, please observe the quiet hours from 10 PM to 7 AM and the midday rest from 1 PM to 3 PM.

  10. Internet/WLAN
The holiday apartment has a wireless internet connection (WLAN). Please ask us for the access code. You use the internet at your own risk, and the landlord disclaims any liability related to your internet use.

  11. Smokers
Smoking is not allowed in the holiday apartment. Please smoke outside and use ashtrays for your cigarette butts.

  12. Dogs
Please understand that dogs may not be left alone in the holiday apartment. Dogs must be kept on a leash. You are responsible for any damage caused by your dog to property or persons. Please keep your dogs quiet, as noise pollution is an issue even in Sweden. Dogs must be kept in a vehicle, trailer, crate, or house overnight. Permanent tethering or crating of dogs is prohibited under Swedish animal welfare laws. Please provide your dog with sufficient exercise in the designated dog run area. Always clean up after your dog using the provided scoop and dispose of waste in the compost. Please keep the dog run area clean.

  13. Please understand that we may enter the room/holiday apartment in your absence to water the plants, perform repairs, change towels, or close windows in case of a storm.

  14. Keys
Please do not give the keys to anyone else. Report any loss of keys immediately, as the guest is responsible for the cost of replacement.

  15. Parking Spaces

  16. Shower and WC for Parking Spaces
Please leave the shower and WC clean after use.

  17. Vehicles
Please park vehicles in the designated visitor parking spaces or assigned spots.
