Hausordnung

  1. Dear Guests,
Our holiday apartment is intended to be a second home for you. You should feel comfortable and be able to relax. We have put a lot of effort into the furnishings and hope that you will find everything you need. The following house rules are meant to assist you in having a harmonious stay. Additionally, we have listed some rules that we hope you will understand. By treating the apartment properly, you help us continue to offer satisfactory accommodations to you and other guests in the future. Upon arrival, we require a cash deposit of EUR 200 for the holiday apartment, which we will refund to you upon departure if the apartment is returned in undamaged condition.

  2. General
If you find anything missing in the furnishings or need help, please feel free to contact us. All items located in the holiday apartment or on the veranda may and should be used by the guests. Please handle all furnishings and inventory with care and treat the rental property gently. Please ensure that your fellow travelers also adhere to the rental conditions.

Please handle the kitchen facilities and technical appliances with care. 5. Damages
No one intentionally damages things, but accidents can happen to anyone. We would appreciate it if you report any damage so that we do not have to discover it only after your departure during the final cleaning. The tenant is liable for damages up to the cost of replacement. In most cases, your liability insurance will cover this.

  6. Duty of Care
When leaving the apartment, please ensure that the windows are closed to avoid possible damage from storms and rain. Also, please make sure that all lights are turned off when leaving the apartment—the environment and we will thank you for it! Please use water and electricity resources sparingly. The landlord is not liable for the guest's valuables.
